I’m a Professional Outsider.  My perspective is that of a business partner.  I see, say and do what insiders can’t or won’t to improve business leader’s effectiveness, satisfaction and results from the top floor to shop floor.  During 18 years in this business I have had the good fortune to earn both a great client list in many industries and a bunch of good friends.

Outside the Turn is my observations and related opinions pertinent to leaders. I hope they provoke challenge and comment that turns this blog into a discussion. I appreciate learning from people who see things differently and have even changed my perspective a few times.

The next bottle of hearty red wine, something to cook and enjoy with family and friends is always on the radar as is the search for a twisty mountain road to enjoy on two wheels.
