Leader’s Letter

The Route 2 Results Leader’s Letter is an almost monthly non-academic publication. Each issue is focused on a specific topic that is pertinent to leading people. I expect readers to enjoy reading, disagree, get an occasional “aha” and regular dose of thinking and actions to take that make it easier and more satisfying to be a leader. Most issues also include a real-life Lagniappe story of a “something extra” customer service experience, a link to most recent blogs and recommendations of range of additional resources.

Outside the Turn

The Outside the Turn Blogs is a dose of observation and provocation for leaders, people who are accountable for getting business results through others.  I challenge status quo, stimulate thinking and provide tips that makes the job of leader easier and more satisfying.
